I'm Glad You're Here!

I’m Elizabeth Steinberg, LMFT and owner of Integrated Family Therapy, LLC.  I am a systemically trained therapist.  Simply put, this means that I work within systems of people as well as in conjunction with larger social systems.  I believe that we are all, as humans, individuals with rich inner lives.  We are all also parts of greater, whole systems that impact our day-to-day functioning.

Since 2017, I have provided systemic, relational care in a variety of settings including family/home-based care for at risk youth and their families, individual and group based substance use counseling, and individual psychotherapy for adults, adolescents & children.
